WHEREAS, Little Rock Baptist Church is expanding their building located at 17542 Little Rock Road Foley, Alabama to include additional classrooms, administrative and restroom areas, and
WHEREAS, Little Rock Baptist Church requests that the City waive or reduce the permit fees to the minimum and allow Little Rock Baptist Church to pay the minimum Community Development fees.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Approves waiving all but the minimum Community Development Department fees to the minimum for Little Rock Baptist Church's construction project located at 17542 Little Rock Road Foley, Alabama.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
