WHEREAS, Ecumenical Ministries, Inc. requested to place five 30"x80" banners on poles located throughout the City advertising Ecumenical Ministries "Chili for Charity" annual fundraiser event, which is scheduled for February 16, 2019.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Memorialize the placement of five 30"x80" banners advertising the annual fundraiser of "Chili for Charity" located on poles throughout the City beginning January 16, 2019 through February 16, 2019.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
