The Baldwin County Youth Orchestra is a non-profit 501c3 organization committeed to the enhancement of classical music. They currently perform primarily in the Eastern Shore area. Organizers would like to provide a free concert in Foley on May 11, 2019 in exchange for the free use of the Foley Civic Center. Organizers agree to give the city recognition as the host of the event.
