The Fire Department has received a generous donation from Ascend Performance Materials to assist with the fire prevention and safety programs, specifically to purchase smoke alarms and fire extinguishers to be distributed to our citizens in need of such devices. We are requesting that our Fire Department Donations account 100-2020-4651 be amended to reflect the unbudgeted $4,788.51 and our Public Education account 100-2020-6052 be amended to show an additional $4,788.51, for a net effect of $0.
