WHEREAS, The Snook Family YMCA is requesting to spend $10,000 of the remaining $11,000 of the performance contract money to repair flooring in an amount up to $3,000 and to re-tile the outside pool due to broken and missing tiles in an amount up to $7,000.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Authorizes The Snook Family YMCA to use $10,000 of the performance contract funds for needed repairs to the YMCA weight room flooring and to re-tile the outside pool for the health and safety of the public.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
