Gulf Shores Title is requesting an amendment to change the name from Azalea Fund to Alston Laurel NE, LLC so to conform to the Owner's Policy Proposed Insured/Buyer name. Section 1. of Resolution 18-1149 must be amended to state Alston Laurel NE, LLC.
