WAIVING FEES FOR HERITAGE PARK PAVILION
WHEREAS, the Women's Care Medical Center has requested the use of Heritage Park and Pavilion at no charge on February 23, 2019 for their Walk For Life event.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, waives the fees for the use of Heritage Park and Pavilion requested by the Women's Care Medical Center for their event on February 23, 2019 from 7:30 am until 10:00 am.
