WHEREAS, The Foley Police Department has two assets which are no longer operational. The Police Department requests Council to declare these items: a dishwasher (Asset ID #8703) and an in car video system (Asset ID #8606) as surplus and no longer needed for a public purpose and to be disposed of by the best method available.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
