WHEREAS, Foley Police Corrections Division requests to make an emergency purchase for a new Dishwasher in the amount of $5,605.90
to replace the current Dishwasher that is no longer in service.
WHEREAS, Foley Police Corrections Division request to make a capital purchase using funds from the Captial Account # 100-2010-5100 for
a new Dishwasher in the amount of $5,605.90 to purchase new Dishwasher to replace the current Dishwasher that is no longer in service.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Approves the capital purchase of a new Dishwasher in the amount of $5,605.90 for the Corrections Division.
SECTION 2: Approves the Foley Police Corrections Division request to make a capital purchase using funds from the Capital Account# 100-2010-5100
in the amount of $5,605.90 to purchase a new Dishwasher to replace the current Dishwasher that is no longer in service.
SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
