WHEREAS, Alabama Coastal Cleanup will be held on September 15, 2018, and
WHEREAS, the Wolf Bay zone from the past is closed to the public, and
WHEREAS, Wolf Bay Watershed Watch requests to use Wolf Creek Park as the Wolf Bay zone location this year, and
WHEREAS, the AL Dept. Conservation and Natural Resources provides the cleanup supplies and Baldwin County provides the dumpster.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Approves the use of Wolf Creek Park for the 2018 Alabama Coastal Cleanup on September 15, 2018 from 8am-12pm.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
