WHEREAS, Foley Society of Black Hats is requesting the temporary street closure of West Jessamine Street between North McKenzie Street and North Alston Street from 4:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. on October 27, 2017 for the 1st Annual Witched Ride, a fundraising event to benefit South Baldwin Student Backpack Feeding Program and Family Promise.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Approves the temporary street closure of West Jessamine Street between North McKenzie Street and North Alston Street from 4:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. on October 27, 2018.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
