WHEREAS, a Worship Rally is scheduled to be held at the Foley Heritage Park on Saturday, August 25, 2018.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Approves the usage and waival of fees at Foley Heritage Park for the Worship Rally to be held on Saturday, August 25, 2018.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
