Requesting a transfer of funds within the Sanitation Dept.
Summary
The Sanitation Dept. has extra work that needs to be completed by our part-time driver and by contract laborers during our shortage of manpower due to medical issues, but we need $13,753.00 more money in four (4) accounts to be able to accommodate the extra costs. We are requesting that $13,753.00 be transferred from Sanitation Landfill Charges Account# 100-4010-6166 and distributed as such:
$7876.00 into Sanitation Part-Time Salaries Account# 100-4010-5002
$5,000.00 into Sanitation Contract Labor Account# 100-4010-5003
$ 450.00 into Sanitation Payroll Tax Expense Account# 100-4010-5004
$ 427.00 into Sanitation Work Comp Expense Account# 100-4010-5008
This would help us complete the extra work.

WHEREAS, the Sanitation Dept. has extra work that needs to be completed by our part-time driver and by contract laborers
WHEREAS, $13,753.00 more money is needed in four (4) accounts to accommodate the extra costs, and
WHEREAS, funds from Sanitation Landfill Charges Account# 100-4010-6166 would meet that need.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Approves the transfer and distribution of $13,753.00 from Sanitation Landfill Charges Account# 100-4010-6166 as such: $7876.00 into Sanitation Part-Time Salaries Account# 100-4010-5002; $5,000.00 into Sanitation Contract Labor Account# 100-4010-5003; $450.00 into Sanitation Payroll Tax Expense Account# 100-4010-5004; $427.00 into Sanitation Work Comp Expense Account# 100-4010-5008.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
