On April 5, 2004, Council adopted Resolution 2323-04 Authorizing Land Lease To Habitat For Humanity of Baldwin County for approximately 1.79 +/- acres of land running along the north side of a drainage ditch on the west side of North Juniper Street and south of East Section Avenue. Habitat For Humanity has not developed the property as stated in the Ground Lease that was signed on November 8, 2004, therefore Resolution 2323-04 must be rescinded.
