NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Accepts quote from N'Stride Services, LLC for rotten wood repairs to the north side gable end and appropriates funds in the amount of $2,500.00 under Account No. 100-5061-6010.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
