WHEREAS, Graham Creek Nature Preserve provides facilities and donated 3D targets for the hosting of local 3D archery tournaments, and
WHEREAS, Gulf Coast Archery is a local archery club affiliated and insured through Archery Shooters Association, and
WHEREAS, Gulf Coast Archery works with Graham Creek Preserve for archery range maintenance through the year.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Agrees to enter into the annual agreement with Gulf Coast Archery to allow the sole hosting of up to 6 tournaments per year using Graham Creek targets and ranges and following all the provisions of the agreement.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
