The Foley Police Department is requesting approval for fees to be waived for the Dia de la Raza Festival to celebrate National Hispanic Heritage Month on Sunday, October 21, 2018 at the Foley Heritage Park, from 7:00 am to 6:00 pm. They would also like to use the park and have fees waived for Saturday, October 20, 2018 to set up. This festival gives the Hispanic community the opportunity to display their rich culture through music, dance, food and games.
