WHEREAS, The Street Department has requested that Vehicle #0773 - 1991 Ford F800 Dump Truck- VIN# 1FDXK84A0MVA26984 - Asset# 3222 be declared Surplus and approved for disposal by the best means possible because the vehicle is no longer reliable or needed,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Approves the declaration of the Street Dept. vehicle #0773 - 1991 Ford F800 Dump Truck- VIN# 1FDXK84A0MVA26984 - Asset# 3222 as Surplus and approves its disposal by the best means possible.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
