WHEREAS, on April 3, 2018, the City of Foley received a Business License Pre-approval Form for Hickory Tire & Auto, LLC from John Nelson.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Denies the Business License Application filed by John Nelson for Hickory Tire & Auto, LLC.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
