WHEREAS, there is a need to memorialize the waival of fees for Liberty Church, Foley First Baptist Church and Foley United Methodist Church to use Heritage Park on May 3, 2018 for the National Day of Prayer.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Memorializes the waiving of fees for Liberty Church, Foley First Baptist Church and Foley United Methodist Church to hold the National Day of Prayer on Thursday, May 3, 2018 at Heritage Park.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
