On February 5, 2018, Council approved the South Baldwin Chamber of Commerce's requests to hold a three day 14th Annual Gulf Coast Hot Air Balloon Festival at the Foley Sportsplex on May 4-6, 2018 and to serve alcoholic beverages in a non-corralled designated area. The actual license needs to be approved.
