NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
      SECTION 1:      Sets a public hearing for the initial zoning of property owned by Vamonos, LLC. located at 21775 U.S. Highway 98 to consider Planning Commission's recommendation of R-1D (Residential Single Family).
SECTION 2:      This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
