WHEREAS, the City of Foley annexed property located at 22688 U.S. Highway 98, and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission recommends the initial zoning be B3 (Local Business District.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Sets a public hearing for the initial zoning of 22688 U.S. Highway 98 to consider Planning Commission's recommendation of B3 (Local Business District) zoning.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
