Summary

The Public Culture & Entertainment Facilities Cooperative District is included as a portion of the FY25 City of Foley Budget that will be considered for approval on Tuesday, September 3, 2024.

The attached proposed FY25 budget includes the projected close for FY24.

Body

                     WHEREAS, the City of Foley Public Culture & Entertainment Facilities Cooperative District's FY 25 budget is presented with the City of Foley's FY 2025 budget that will come before the City Council on Tuesday, September 3, 2024, and

                     WHEREAS, the City of Foley Public Culture & Entertainment Facilities Cooperative District's FY 25 budget needs to be adopted prior to Council presentation.

                     NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of the Public Culture & Entertainment Facilities Cooperative District, as follows:

                     SECTION 1:  Approves adoption of the City of Foley Public Culture & Entertainment Facilities Cooperative District's FY 25 budget.                       

                     SECTION 2:  This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
