WHEREAS, Sanitation Truck #401062 (Purch 04/18/08) - 2007 Sterling Garbage Truck VIN# 9287 - Asset# 8072 is worn out and costing too much in repairs, and
WHEREAS, the Sanitation Department requests that Sanitation #401062 (Purch 04/18/08) be declared surplus and disposed of through JM Wood Auction in Montgomery, AL .
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Declares Sanitation Truck #401062 (Purch 04/18/08) - 2007 Sterling Garbage Truck VIN# 9287 - Asset# 8072 as surplus and approves the disposal of it through JM Wood Auction in Montgomery, AL .
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
