WHEREAS, the Planning Commission recommends the initial zoning be MH-1 (Mobile/Manufactured Dwelling Park).
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Sets a public hearing for the initial zoning of Mallard Point LLC. to consider Planning Commission's recommendation of MH-1 (Mobile/Manufactured Dwelling Park).
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
