Planning Commission is recommending  MH-1 (Mobile/Manufactured Dwelling Park) zoning of 19.89 +/- acres owned by Mallard Point LLC, Braida Sharpe and James E. Kleinschmidt located south of US Hwy 98 and east of Foley Beach Express.

WHEREAS, the Planning Commission recommends the initial zoning be  MH-1 (Mobile/Manufactured Dwelling Park).
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1:      Sets a public hearing for the initial zoning of Mallard Point LLC. to consider Planning Commission's recommendation of  MH-1 (Mobile/Manufactured Dwelling Park).
SECTION 2:      This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
