John Graham, Horticulture Dept. , requests permission to purchase a a new truck from Tallasee Automotive, Inc. in an amount not to exceed $28,000.00 through State of Alabama - Division of Purchasing, Ref. Vehicle Contract #T191. It is budgeted under Acct# 100-5050-5100. This is a replacement for the 1999 Dodge Dakota. The Dodhe Dakota will remain in service as a backup vehicle.

WHEREAS, A new truck is needed by the Horticulture Department to replace a 1999 Dodge Dakota because it periodically goes out of service, and
WHEREAS, a new truck is budgeted for $28,000 under account #100-5050-5100.
