WHEREAS, The City of Foley recently purchased the Lawrenze property, which requires forestry mowing to clean it up, AND
WHEREAS, The Public Works Department is requesting a budget increase of $8800.00 on Account #400-1010-5103 to cover the cost of Coastal Cutting LLC clearing the property.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Approves the increase of $8800.00 on Account #400-1010-5103 to cover the cost of Coastal Cutting LLC clearing the Lawrenze property.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
