A Resolution Requesting an increase of Budgeted Funds for Public Works Department

The City of Foley recently purchased the Lawrenze property, which requires forestry mowing to clean it up. The Public Works Department is requesting a budget increase of $8800.00 on Account #400-1010-5103 to cover the cost of Coastal Cutting LLC clearing the property.

WHEREAS, The City of Foley recently purchased the Lawrenze property, which requires forestry mowing to clean it up, AND 

WHEREAS, The Public Works Department is requesting a budget increase of $8800.00 on Account #400-1010-5103 to cover the cost of Coastal Cutting LLC clearing the property.

     NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:

    

     SECTION 1: Approves the increase of $8800.00 on Account #400-1010-5103 to cover the cost of Coastal Cutting LLC clearing the Lawrenze property.

     SECTION 2:     This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
