WHEREAS, during the Special Called Council Meeting of July 30, 2025, RES #25-1262 A Resolution to Approve the Surplus and Disposal (1) Commercial Freezer and Authorize the Purchase of its Replacement was adopted on, and
WHEREAS, the Police Department requests to amend RES #25-1262 to include shipping and installations costs ($400.00) for a new total purchase amount of $6,574.00.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Approves the amending of RES #25-1262 A Resolution to Approve the Surplus and Disposal (1) Commercial Freezer and Authorize the Purchase of its Replacement that was
adopted on July 30, 2025 to a new total purchase amount of $6,574.00.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
