WHEREAS, a new Chairperson, Vice Chairperson and Secretary-Treasurer must be appointed by the Public Athletic and Sports Facilities Cooperative District.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Public Athletic and Sports Cooperative District of the City of Foley, Alabama that the election or appointment of the following named persons to following offices is hereby made and approved for a term ending on such date as their successors are chosen and qualified in their stead:
