WHEREAS, there is a parcel of land adjacent to the eastern side of the Foley Sports Complex along North Hickory Street near the intersection of West Magnolia Avenue, and
WHEREAS, the City has received a proposal for a survey of said property from Hutchinson, Moore & Rauch, LLC.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Approves Hutchinson, Moore & Rauch, LLC's proposal for the survey of the referenced parcel of land adjacent to the Foley Sports Complex in the amount of $1,800.00, and establishes capital account 12-665-7331 R11 LAND.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
