Request Council to approve South Baldwin Chamber of Commerce Business After Hours event to be hosted by Alabama Credit Union and Volkert, Inc. and to close West Verbena Avenue from west side of Highway 59 to east side of South Alston Street.

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Approves the temporary road closure of West Verbena Avenue from west side of Highway 59 to east side of South Alston Street for the South Baldwin Chamber of Commerce Business After Hours event to be hosted by Alabama Credit Union and Volkert, Inc. on November 26, 2013 from 4:30 P.M. until 8:00 P.M.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
