WHEREAS, Resolution 13-0498 accepted the bid submitted by Blade Construction in the amount of $212,978.25 to construct a new fuel farm at the Foley Municipal Airport, and,
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 1 was submitted to upgrade the electrical service panel for the fuel farm for an additional $994.64, and,
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 2 was submitted to adjust contract quantities to actual field quantities reducing the contract amount by $366.25.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1:      Approves additional funds in the amount of $628.39 to Account No. 12-665-7323 R01 BID as a result of Change Order No. 1 and 2.   
SECTION 2:      This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
