The Addendum for Intergovernmental Services Agreement with Baldwin County clarifies the City's previous agreement with the County.  Something in the ATRIP grant fund application or acceptance paperwork gave the County some concern that it was agreeing to maintain areas of CR20 that the City is already maintaining.

WHEREAS, through the ATRIP Grant process clarification needed to be made regarding the County's maintenance portion of the road.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1:      Approves the Mayor to sign the attached Addendum to Intergovernmental Service Agreement, which is made a permanent part of this resolution upon its adoption.  
SECTION 2:      This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
