Darrell Russell, Public Works Superintendent, requests permission to purchase a riding blower for $10,500.00 and a riding sprayer for up to $14,500.00 with $25,000.00 that was budgeted under Acct# 01-607-7010 to purchase a utility tractor. A new riding blower and riding sprayer would greatly increase our ability to properly maintain the curbs, sidewalks, walking paths, and bike paths throughout the City.
