Kelly Crosby has requested the use of the Heritage Park and Pavilion on May 11 - May 12, 2019 (begin set up on May 10, 2019) for their annual Art in the Park.  They respectfully request that the fees for the park and pavilion be waived.  They will have approximately 100 artists and 10 food vendors this year.

WHEREAS, Kelly Crosby has requested the use of Heritage Park and Pavilion at no charge on May 11 - May 12, 2019 (begin set up on May 10, 2019) for their annual Art in the Park.

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:

 SECTION 1:                     Waives the fees for the use of Heritage Park and Pavilion requested by Art in the Park on May 10-May 12, 2019.
