WHEREAS, Police Department deems Unit 1407 and Unit 08-56 surplus and declare they are no longer needed for public purpose.

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:

SECTION 1: Approves disposal of wrecked Unit 1407, 2007 Dodge Charger, VIN: 2B3KA43H67H844274, FAS Asset #6688. The City of Foley has received a check from Geico in the amount of $7,445.79 as payment for the salvage only vehicle and Geico will take possession.

SECTION 2: Amends the budget for account no. 01-5142 Insurance Settlements for the payment received for the vehicle in SECTION 1.
