WHEREAS, the Maintenance Department has a welder that needs to be replaced, and the replacement has been budgeted in this year's budget.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Approves the purchase of a Mig Welder from WESCO GAS & WELDING SUPPLY INC. in Foley, AL, in the amount of $3,020.46 budgeted under Account No. 01-621-7010 in the amount of $3500.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
