WHEREAS, there is a need for additional Fire Inspectors to handle the fire inspections work load, and
WHEREAS, there are budgeted funds available in various personnel accounts to fund the hiring of two (2) part-time, temporary Fire Inspectors, not to exceed a total of 763 hours, for the remainder of this fiscal year.   
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Authorizes a transfer of funds in the amount of $13,800 in support of hiring two (2) temporary, part-time Fire Inspectors, not to exceed a total of 763 hours, for the remainder of this fiscal year.  
SECTION 2: Directs Human Resources to send the detail for the transfer of funds to the Finance Division.   
SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
