WHEREAS, Live Oak Village subdivision wishes to donate Christmas displays to the City, and
WHEREAS, an inventory sheet of the Christmas displays are attached and made a permanent part of this resolution.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Accepts the donation of Christmas displays valued at approximately $2,500 and an inventory sheet made by Live Oak subdivision is attached, which is made a permanent part of this resolution.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
