WHEREAS, the City Engineer recommends there be a consultant to provide engineering services related to the Resurfacing Phase IV project.

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:

SECTION 1:       Approves Volkert Inc.'s contract for engineering services related to the Resurfacing Phase IV project in the amount of $85,700.00, amending Account No. 12-600-9365 A13 PH IV accordingly.

SECTION 2:      This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
