WHEREAS, This item is budgeted in FY26 under Account #100-5050-5100 and listed as UTV, and
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Approves the purchase of a Kubota RTVX2 with a canopy, hydraulic dump bed, 4WD, and road-use light package through Parish Tractor Company, LLC -Sourcewell contract #112624-KBA, the amount not to exceed $18,500, under account 100-5050-5100.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
