WHEREAS, the Census Complete Count Committee has requested the use of Heritage Park and Pavilion at no charge on March 28, 2020 from 8:00 am until 4:00 pm to encourage residents to fill out a census form.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Waives the fees for the use of Heritage Park and Pavilion requested by the Census Complete Count Committee on March 28, 2020.
