WHEREAS, Sanitation Truck #401064 (Old# 1064) - 2015 Mack LEU613 ASL Garbage Truck VIN# 9490- Asset# 10034 is worn out and costing too much in repair costs, and
WHEREAS, the Sanitation Department requests that Sanitation Truck #401064 (Old# 1064) be declared surplus and disposed of through the best means possible.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Declares Sanitation Truck #401064 (Old# 1064) - 2015 Mack LEU613 ASL Garbage Truck VIN# 9490- Asset# 10034 as surplus and approves the disposal of it through the best means possible.
