NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:

SECTION 1:       Accepts quote from Hatch Mott MacDonald for ALTA Survey in the amount of $5,500 and Environmental Phase I in the amount of $2,500 for a total of $7,700  and amends Account 41-665-7200-R02 CONST.

SECTION 2:      This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
