Body
WHEREAS, Riviera Utilities has determined that certain City residential sanitation accounts are considered uncollectible at this time and have requested that these accounts be written off for accounting purposes, and
WHEREAS, the request for write-off, submitted by Riviera Utilities in memorandum form, shall become a part of this resolution.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Foley City Council in regular session January 6, 2020 that certain City of Foley residential sanitation accounts in the collective amount of $407.41 (FOUR HUNDRED SEVEN AND 41/100) Dollars, as listed on the attached memorandum dated December 16, 2019 be written off the books of the City for fiscal year 2019-2020.
