Summary

Anchor Point Church has requested the use of the Heritage Park and Pavilion on April 19, 2019 from 4:30 pm until 9:00 pm for an Easter Egg Hunt.  They respectfully request that the fees for the park and pavilion be waived.  They will have some food items, inflatables, face painting and possible a petting zoo, along with the egg hunt.

WHEREAS, Anchor Point Church has requested the use of Heritage Park and Pavilion at no charge on April 19, 2019 from 4:30 pm until 9:30 pm for their Easter Egg Hunt.

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:

 SECTION 1:                     Waives the fees for the use of Heritage Park and Pavilion requested by Anchor Point Church on April 19, 2019.
