     NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:

 

     SECTION 1:     Sets a public hearing to consider the rezoning of property owned by Chen Realty Co., Inc. Property is 26+/- acres located W. of State HWY 59 and N. of County Road 20 South.

 

     SECTION 2:     This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law
