NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Accepts the $2133.79 donation to the Foley Public Library from the Friends of the Library to be used for the spesific items listed above and amends Donation revenue account 04-5861.
SECTION 2: Amends small tool account 04-600-5010 in the amount of $2,123.30 to include Delivery Fee, and supply account 04-600-5020 $10.49 in support of this action.
SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
