WHEREAS, We received a proposal from Williams Blackstock Architects for Professional Services for the New Senior Center.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Accepts the proposal from Williams Blackstock for Professional Services associated with the New Senior Center and appropriate $434,920 under account # 400-5070-5103 New Senior Center.
SECTION 2: Authorizes the Mayor approval to sign the proposal and other documents upon City staff approval necessary to begin the project.
SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
